If you have a question concerning an appeal pending
in the Fourth Appellate District, please contact the assigned
staff attorney. If no staff attorney has yet been assigned
to the case, please contact Patrick DuNah at ped@adi-sandiego.com.
Under our contract with the State, ADI can only assist indigent
persons on appeal within the Fourth Appellate District -
San Diego, Imperial, Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange
counties. If you need a lawyer or legal advice you should
contact the bar association or a lawyer referral service
for the State and County in which you live, or where your
case is being heard.
