E. STANLEY CONANT AWARD for exceptional and unselfish devotion to protecting the rights of the indigent accused will be presented to LINDA BROWN

PAUL BELL AWARD for excellence in representation of the indigent accused on appeal will be presented to CHARLES SEVILLA
