as a service for our panel members. We will notify panel
members via E-mail when our briefbank becomes available.
CCAP’s
Searchlight
Provided by our sister project, Central California Appellate
Project, the “Searchlight” allows registered
users to gather documents from CCAP’s three databases:
their briefbank, CCAP’s DAR case summaries, and CCAP’s
panel victories. Before using The Searchlight for the first
time, you will need to create a user log-on profile on the
CCAP website. You can create your user log-on profile by
going to the CCAP
home page and selecting the "Click here to register
at CCAP" button. Once you have successfully created
a user profile, you will be automatically logged-on to The
Searchlight the next time you access the CCAP website.

of more that 2,500 legal arguments. Their vast collection
of briefs is presented in an easy to navigate hierarchical
structure. Membership is required.
