Cristina Sanchez earned her bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. Upon moving to San Diego, she worked for a non-profit organization focused on affordable housing and community economic development. She graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law. After spending six years with the San Diego Public Defender’s Office, she worked another six years supervising a division of the Dependency Legal Group of San Diego, in both positions representing children and parents in juvenile dependency cases. After a short time on the appointed appellate counsel panel, Ms. Sanchez joined ADI in 2018. She is a Child Welfare Law Specialist, certified by the National Association of Counsel for Children.
